The living room in Dundas Cottage is so cozy and inviting, with a TV that was perfect for our family movie nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, making cooking a breeze. We loved how spacious the cottage was, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
While everything about Dundas Cottage was wonderful, we found the showers in the bathrooms a bit small for our liking. However, it's just our personal preference, and others may still find them perfectly adequate.

The cottage at Dundas Cottage was absolutely fantastic! The living room was super cozy, with a TV perfect for binging my favorite shows after a long day. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a dishwasher to save me from doing the dreaded dishes. It felt like a home away from home.
Honestly, I loved everything about the cottage. The only thing, if I had to nitpick, was that there was only a shower in the bathrooms.

I always come back because this place is perfect for me. They helped me return my forgotten earpods at my first stay. Wi-Fi, off-site car park, dryer, and an electric kettle are all amenities I need. Plus, it has hiking and cycling options, allows pets, and is a non-smoking property. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!

I recently stayed at Dundas Cottage in Richmond for a wedding. The cottage was exceptional - clean, comfortable, and incredibly spacious. It had a wonderful mix of old charm and modern amenities. The large kitchen was a highlight, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite being near a road, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I loved the rabbit/hare theme throughout the property, and the free parking pass was a great bonus. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and local amenities. a perfect place to stay for a wedding or to explore the beautiful area.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great value for money, the room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location of the cottage was perfect, close to the village center and convenient for exploring the area. The staff, especially Ben, were friendly and provided excellent communication throughout our stay.
The food for breakfast could have been improved by offering a coffee plunger for those who prefer freshly brewed coffee.

Loved the fireplace, perfect for roasting marshmallows after a long day of hiking and cycling. Towels were graciously provided, so I didn't have to bring my own mountain of them. The washing machine and dishwasher were a godsend, because who wants to hand wash dishes on vacation?
What's not to love about washing dishes and doing laundry on vacation? It's a dream come true!

Loved the spaciousness of the cottage and the well-decorated interiors. The bath in the main bedroom was a luxurious touch. The location was also great, with easy access to the village and amenities. And the communication from the host, Ben, was excellent, providing all the necessary information for a comfortable stay.
There were a few cleanliness issues that were a letdown. The kitchen surfaces still had crumbs and stains, and there were sweeties and stained coasters left from previous guests.
